To the Live Oak Estates Homeowners,
It is highly recommended that you vote “NO”. If you have already voted “YES”, you can revoke your vote and vote "No" before March 16, 2023 and you are urged to do so without delay; click here for details and to get a new ballot.
It is NOT true that external traffic will go through Rambling Oak to a future Phase 5. ICI's Dick Smith said in the Feb 6 meeting at Moss Park Elementary that Phase 5 is dead, and the Orange County Planning folks reiterated that external traffic will not go through Live Oak Estates. Revitalization will not change this, regardless of how we vote.

Should the Covenants and Restrictions be modified before we vote to revitalize?
The attorney ICI hired to assist with revitalization clarified in the Feb 6 meeting at Moss Park Elementary that we can make the C&Rs less restrictive than those currently in effect as part of revitalization. In order to do that we'd have to vote down the current revitalization effort, agree on what restrictions the majority would like to remove and revote.
The desire to eliminate some restrictions is one of the most popular sentiments I've heard from LOE owners. I'll write a post about the current restrictions in the near future. Feel free to post your opinions on this important topic here.
